Price includes unlimited access to conference sessions over two days and full access
to the Conference Lounge (a relaxing, networking and catering area for speakers,
journalists and delegates). Payment may be made by credit card, cheque or wire transfer.
Details can be found on the invoice which will be sent to you a few days after your
registration. ad:tech will only confirm your application once payment has been authorised.
On completing the process you will receive an email to confirm that the application
has been successful. Online payment: you have the right to cancel your payment within
seven days of purchase. After this date, your registration is non refundable. If
you are unable to attend, you can send a replacement from your company. Substitutions
are welcome at any time. Payment other than online purchase: Admission to the conference
will not be guaranteed unless we have received full settlement prior to the event
– failure to do so will result in 20 per cent admin fee.It may be necessary for
reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content and timing of the
programme or the identity of the speakers. In the unfortunate event that an event
is cancelled, ad:tech is not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in connection
with their attendance
