He believes in the destruction of mediocrity, the essentiality of the big idea and the elegance of inspired innovation.

In his downtime, Matt cooks ridiculously complicated Blumenthal-esque meals and loves to travel to the remotest corners of the globe to enjoy the world's best surfing.
