Mark Kelleher is the Head of Technology for the BBC's Marketing Communications and Audiences activity. He is responsible for the technology strategy, development and operations of the BBC's marketing, PR, research and customer services operations covering traditional linear broadcasting services and on-demand services such as BBC iPlayer.
Previously, Mark led the implementation of the BBC's public consultation for BBC3 and BBC4, and worked on industry negotiations and marketing for the launch of DTT in the UK which later became Freeview.
